Welcome back -- Last class
Cover some specific things you can do or at least think about
as  you get closer to retirement
however if your expecting a miracle, expecting too much
This 1200 page portfolio management bible
only a few pages that helped me make money
lots of info, mostly about things that don’t work
that textbook used was $100 and the 3 credit class was $750, but there was little that I could use directly.
I’d like each of you to get something, useful, out of this class
Ask questions, if not during class, send me an email.
Towards the end we will get into some of the things I’m doing, model building, optimization
leaving it to the end because it is a complicated and only useful to those who will tackle beating the market with your own strategies.  I consider myself as an average guy with enough time on my hands to find some things that work for me.  I think anyone with the desire can do it.  But I think buying the market is the best thing for most people.
Remember Jeremy Siegel’s 200 years of stock market data
